My employment at N2K/Music Boulevard (now CDNow/N2K) began as an intern and evolved into a permanent part-time position. While there, I was given the chance to work with several excellent designers, producers, writers, and technologists, from whom I learned how to design a usable site. Another important part of my learning experience was the community surrounding Jazz Central Station. Their prompt and constant feedback during the redesign taught me a lot about what Internet users want in a Web site.
