Client: Janssen REMICADE
One of the features requested during the RemiPlus design phase was an online symptom tracker based on the MDHAQ (HAQ = Health Assessment Questionnaire) on the left that is often used by physicians to track their patients’ progress.
My process for creating the symptom tracker:
- Study original form
- Create sketched workflow dividing the form into three steps
- Create wireframes in InDesign that were given to developers
I then worked closely with the Creative Director to translate my wireframes into final designs. The original design for the results screen was to show a graph of scores over time, but for legal reasons we had to only show the score for that day on the results screen.
